Insurance and Risk Management Brokerage Services

The Texas Public Finance Authority in Austin, Texas is seeking insurance and risk management brokerage services to secure public officials liability, employment practices liability, and privacy and security insurance. The agency requires a broker to review existing coverage, identify gaps or overlapping policies, and recommend suitable coverage limits and deductibles based on higher education industry trends. The selected broker must possess demonstrated expertise in public sector insurance laws, municipal securities issuer disclosure requirements, and FINRA and MSRB rules. The scope of work covers assembling agency data, preparing underwriting submissions, and identifying viable insurance carriers.
