Professional Automobile Liability, Medical-Malpractice and Property Third-Party Administration Claim Services

The selected provider must assume the adjusting of all existing open claims to closure, which includes approximately thirty automobile liability claims, forty open medical-malpractice claims, and five future property claims. The scope of work covers meeting specific claims handling requirements and delivering documentation regarding resolutions, including settlement agreements or releases. The agency requires an implementation strategy and any notable innovations or improvements the provider expects to deliver regarding efficiency, technology, or sustainability. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States.
