The government authority located in Richmond, British Columbia is seeking comprehensive employee benefits consulting, advisory, and brokerage support. The agency needs to manage a flexible benefits plan for permanent management employees, which allows choices across extended health, dental, life insurance, accident insurance, and long-term disability. The selected provider will support annual enrolment processes, including pricing, flex credits, and decision support, while monitoring and reporting on legislative, regulatory, and market developments. The scope of work covers three distinct service categories consisting of core annual services, ongoing advisory and support services, and project-based and specialized services. The provider must address escalated service, claims, and contract-related issues as they arise and advise on plan administration, governance, and best practices. Insurance premiums for the program are paid by registered employers and through investment returns. Bidders must be onshore organizations located in Canada to be eligible for this opportunity. The performance of the work can be conducted either onsite or offsite. The agency is establishing a contract period of two years and is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure.
