The scope of work requires the utilization of Virtual Project Manager, an internet-based construction management system, to review, approve, and view all construction documentation. The provider must lead and document a pre-construction meeting in coordination with the Design Engineer, as well as lead and document bi-weekly construction progress meetings. Additionally, the provider must generate weekly statements detailing working and non-working days, time adjustments, work completion dates, remaining contract days, and controlling activities. The provider must also monitor the contractor's public notification efforts during construction and verify that additional notices are distributed for extended shutoffs, schedule changes, or other significant impacts. Eligible bidders must perform the work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States.
