Property Insurance Agent of Record Services

The West Virginia Regional Jail and Correctional Facility Authority, located in Dunbar, West Virginia, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide property insurance agent of record services. The agency requires comprehensive coverage management for real and personal property, including buildings, contents, equipment, and business personal property. Additionally, the selected agent must secure and manage flood insurance through the National Flood Insurance Program or private markets coordinated by the Board of Risk and Insurance Management, as well as third-party and cleanup coverage for regulated underground storage tanks. The scope of work also includes coordinating cyber insurance coverage limits and incident reporting procedures directly with the Board. Ongoing claims support represents a critical component of the requested services throughout the contract term. The agency is establishing a one-year contract period for these agent of record services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects the performance of all contract work to occur offsite.
