The Utah government authority is seeking a vendor to provide professional third-party claims management and handling services for property and liability claims. The agency needs to solve the problem of managing, investigating, and resolving these claims by establishing and maintaining individual claim files for each assigned case. The selected vendor will review incident reports, interview claimants and witnesses, gather evidence, photograph damage locations, and document all findings in written reports. The scope of work requires evaluating liability and damages based on collected evidence to provide professional analysis and recommendations regarding claim disposition. The agency expects the vendor to identify potential exposure or risk factors and provide written recommendations for settlement or denial. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 2, 2026.
