Construction Manager at Risk Services

The Greenville County government authority in South Carolina is seeking a construction manager at risk to oversee the renovation of approximately 50,000 square feet of space on a second floor. The agency needs to solve the problem of outdated office and workspace layouts by modifying the existing interior structure and updating building systems. The project scope covers minimal demolition of existing interior, non-structural partitions, the construction of new interior partitions, and the installation of systems for newly created offices. The selected provider must perform a re-work of the existing electrical systems to accommodate the updated layouts and install all associated finishes for the renovated spaces. The agency also requires the installation of a new fire alarm system throughout the entire building, as well as additional system work if required. All performance of the contract work must take place onsite at the Greenville, South Carolina location. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore United States organizations. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. The contract period will span one year.
