Construction Management at Risk Services

The City of Cartersville, Georgia, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide construction management at risk services. The agency requires a partner to manage the project through both the pre-construction and construction phases, continuing until occupancy is achieved and the one-year warranty inspection is complete. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place onsite in Cartersville, Georgia. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. The agency has scheduled a mandatory pre-bid meeting for June 12, 2026. Bidders must attend this meeting to remain eligible for the contract award.
