Examination Services

The Massachusetts Board of Registration of Engineers in Boston is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive examination services. The agency needs a partner to administer computer-based testing for its jurisprudence examination and to record and maintain all examination results. Additionally, the selected provider must deliver information to unsuccessful candidates regarding the Board rules for retaking the examination. The scope of work covers candidate information management, eligible tests and partial tests, and all related examination administration goods and services. The agency requires the vendor to record and maintain examination results within twenty-four hours of exam administration. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than June 10, 2026. The agency is establishing a contract period of three years for these services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted either onsite or offsite and is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
