Employment Training Curriculum and Mentoring Training Service

The Utah government authority is seeking a vendor to develop and provide high-quality employment training curriculum and mentoring training services. The agency aims to improve the delivery and effectiveness of competitive integrated employment supports and customized employment supports. The project addresses the need for comprehensive processes that improve access to competitive integrated employment and increase community integration for individuals seeking work. The scope of work covers the development of specific job coach training skills for employment specialists, job coaches, families, and employees who provide employment or day support services. The selected vendor must deliver best practices for obtaining, maintaining, and advancing in competitive integrated employment, as well as strategies for individuals at risk of losing employment access. Additionally, the curriculum must address assistive technology for workplace accommodations, person-centered planning for employment goal development, and the integration of natural supports to reduce the need for job coaching over time. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
