Compliance and Training Services

The government authority located in Ohio is seeking expert compliance and technical assistance services with respect to affordable housing programs. The agency needs consulting services to provide guidance, recommendations, training, comprehensive communication support, and education tools. This initiative aims to assist Touchstone staff in reviewing and understanding all funding source documentation and partnership agreements related to compliance obligations. The scope of work covers guidance and training on updated rules and regulations for LIHTC, RAD PBV, HOME, NSP, PBRA, NHTF, OHTF, OHFA, NSPIRE, and other applicable programs. The selected vendor must also complete monthly vouchering for each RAD property by the tenth of each month. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 9, 2026.
