Spanish Heritage Curriculum Services

The agency is trying to solve the challenge of promoting proficiency, intercultural competence, and student engagement through comprehensive heritage Spanish language foundations and Spanish language arts. The required curriculum must align with national, state, and local standards, focusing on interpretive, interpersonal, and presentational communication. The scope of work covers a vertically aligned Spanish 1 through 4 curriculum with clearly defined proficiency targets, structured around essential questions, thematic units, and performance-based tasks. The agency requires a user-friendly digital curriculum platform with interactive student features, alongside teacher-facing materials such as pacing guides, lesson plans, and instructional strategies. The requested services also encompass a standards-aligned, performance-based assessment system measuring interpretive communication, differentiation and equity support for multilingual learners, and initial and ongoing professional learning for teachers. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency allows the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The contract period will span one year.
