Professional Development on Project Based Learning Service

The Guam Department of Education, located in Barrigada, Guam, is seeking a vendor to provide evidence-based professional development on project-based learning. This training aims to build school and teacher capacity for up to 100 participating teachers and administrators from agency, charter, and private non-public schools. The agency wants to help educators calibrate and assess current practices, focusing on student acquisition of key knowledge, understanding, and success skills. The selected vendor must collaborate with the curriculum and instruction division project personnel to develop a management plan. This plan must outline the activities, timelines, resources needed, persons responsible for implementing the project, and indicators of completion. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore, United States organizations only. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project. A pre-bid meeting will take place on June 4, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 11, 2026.
