Private Cosmetology School Instruction Service

The Davis School District in Utah is seeking a vendor to provide private cosmetology school instruction services for high school students. The selected provider must maintain accurate student attendance records and deliver monthly attendance reports to the designated high school coordinator. Additionally, the provider must report student progress on a mid-term and end-of-term basis to ensure students are meeting cosmetology program standards. The agency restricts student enrollment and exit timelines to specific windows during the academic term. Students may not enter the program more than one week after the first day of the semester, nor may they exit the program after the first week or before the last day of the semester. The agency will only compensate the provider for students who enter the program at the start of a semester and remain enrolled until the end of that semester. The contract period will span one year, and the performance of all instructional work must take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore providers located within the United States. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested bidders. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 12, 2026.
