Supervisor Leadership Development and Skills Training Service

The government authority located in Rochester, New York is seeking a consultant or firm to provide supervisor leadership development and skills training services. The agency needs to train current and prospective first-level and newly promoted supervisors, as well as all management employees, to improve their leadership capabilities and operational efficiency. This initiative aims to solve the problem of developing core supervisory competencies such as performance management, succession planning, and establishing efficient workflows. The selected vendor must design, implement, and deliver customizable training courses covering business coaching, relationship building, effective communication, time management, and leadership styles. The scope of work requires the provider to deliver both soft and hard copies of training materials, including relevant books and e-books. Additionally, the vendor must establish an online repository for student learning guides, course content links, resources, and completion certificates. To support participant development, the consultant will conduct touch-point meetings with each participant's direct manager to gain insight into on-the-job performance and provide guidance during the session. The provider must also offer student support outside of classroom hours to assist with project assignments and course-related matters. All performance of the work will take place offsite over a contract period of one year. Eligibility is restricted to onshore bidders located in the United States.
