RFI for Generational Communication Training Service

The United States Air Force at Travis Air Force Base in California is seeking an external speaker with expertise in generational communication to deliver specialized training. While the agency has standard leadership training programs, these existing offerings lack the personalized and interactive elements required to create a lasting impact. The agency aims to solve this problem by introducing external expertise to enhance engagement, bridge generational gaps, develop leadership, increase cohesion and morale, and deliver a customized message. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to conduct two 2-hour training sessions on August 20, 2026, between the hours of 0800 and 1600. The performance of this training work will take place offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
