Early Literacy Professional Learning, Coaching and High-Dosage Tutoring Service

The Oregon Department of Education, located in Salem, Oregon, is seeking external providers to deliver early literacy professional learning, coaching, and high-dosage tutoring services. This initiative supports grant recipients of the Early Literacy Success School District Grants who choose to utilize external vendors for these services. The agency is trying to solve student literacy challenges by offering targeted professional development, curriculum implementation support, and direct tutoring interventions. The scope of work covers professional learning and coaching, the adoption and implementation of curriculum, high-dosage tutoring, and extended learning programs. Additionally, the selected providers will assist with the hiring of literacy specialists, coaches, and interventionists. Bidders must submit their completed agency Early Literacy Professional Learning and Coaching Workbook and/or the agency Early Literacy High-Dosage Tutoring Workbook via a Google Sheet link in the designated Smartsheet form. Eligibility is restricted to onshore providers located within the United States. All performance of the contracted work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the contract period will run for one year.
