Expanded Learning Opportunities Program Service

The Adelanto Elementary School District in Adelanto, California, is seeking consultants to implement an Expanded Learning Opportunities Program. The district needs to merge school reform strategies with community resources to support the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of its students. The program must provide a safe, constructive environment that assists students and broadens their support base through active, hands-on, and engaging learning experiences. The selected provider must deliver enrichment sessions twice a week per skill level, covering beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. These sessions must serve students in grades TK-2 and 3-5 over three rotations lasting nine to ten weeks each at the school site. The district requires the provider to secure sufficient staffing to deliver these services with fidelity to certified assurances, priorities, and applicable education code requirements. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The program must demonstrate the capacity to serve diverse student populations, including economically disadvantaged students, English learners, foster youth, homeless youth, and students with disabilities. The district is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract will run for a period of one year.
