Learning and Skill Development Program Services

A government authority located in Pullman, Washington is seeking a vendor to design and implement a comprehensive learning and skill development program focused on civil discourse and conflict resolution. The primary target audience consists of students, with additional opportunities for faculty and staff to participate. The agency intends for this program to build students' capacity to engage constructively across differences, navigate disagreements, and develop practical skills for dialogue, mediation, and collaborative problem-solving in both academic and community settings.
