Federal Programs Training Program Service

The government authority located in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide a federal programs training program service. The agency needs to assist students in receiving adequate financial aid from programs assisted under Title IV and other programs. Additionally, the authority aims to improve the reporting of student and project performance, as well as project evaluation, to design and operate a model program for projects funded under these federal programs. The scope of work requires the assessment of student needs, the development of retention and graduation strategies, and the use of appropriate educational technology in the operation of funded projects. The selected vendor must also address budget management and the statutory and regulatory requirements for operating projects under the federal programs. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States only.
