Workforce Support and System Development Service

The Vermont Department of Health in Waterbury, Vermont is seeking a vendor to provide workforce support and system development services. The scope of work covers implementation support via clinical champions, training and continuing education programs, clinical case management trainings, and evidence-based practice and workforce training. The agency requires the delivery of training curricula, recorded training modules, and evaluation reports on training effectiveness. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit any questions regarding the solicitation no later than June 1, 2026.
