Health Equity Consultants Services

The New York State Department of Health in Albany, New York is seeking health equity consultants to develop and deliver a virtual training program for its staff. The agency is trying to solve a knowledge gap by providing staff with a more comprehensive understanding of the practical applications of health equity principles and values. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice among agency personnel. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to develop one virtual training course and deliver it across a minimum of ten live sessions. Individual training sessions must range from 90 minutes to three hours in length. The training must incorporate pre- and post-training knowledge assessments and discuss evidence-informed approaches to integrating health equity into public health practice. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit their own budget proposals for this project, as the agency has not disclosed a pre-determined budget.
