Site Continuous Improvement and Professional Learning Support Services

The Palmdale School District in California is seeking professional learning design and delivery services to support site continuous improvement and school goals. The district requires year-long, job-embedded professional learning plans for teachers and site administrators focused on curriculum, standards alignment, and high-leverage instructional strategies. Selected providers must deliver in-person and online professional learning sessions, as well as model teaching and co-teaching to demonstrate effective instructional strategies. The scope of work includes site-based coaching and mentoring to build internal capacity for sustaining instructional change. The district requires one-on-one and small-group coaching for teachers, instructional coaches, site leaders, and central office leaders. Providers must also develop actionable feedback cycles for teachers using research-based observation tools and offer group coaching and mentoring to district leadership. The selected vendor will support the district in adapting and aligning current state content frameworks and curriculum to state standards and continuous improvement principles. This alignment work covers English language arts, foundational literacy, mathematics, science, biliteracy, dual immersion pedagogy, and specialized instruction for at-promise student populations. The scope also spans multi-tiered systems of supports, universal design for learning, teacher and administrator development, and instructional strategy development. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The district allows the performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
