Expanded Learning Programs Services

The Los Angeles-based government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive expanded learning program services operating outside of the standard school day. The agency needs to solve the challenge of providing structured academic support, educational enrichment, and physical education and nutrition during out-of-school hours. The selected program must satisfy all guidelines and requirements for an after-school education and safety program, as well as an expanded learning opportunities program. The scope of work requires the program to run after school every day that school is in session, starting immediately at the conclusion of the school day. Additionally, the provider must support expanded learning opportunities program funded activities on non-school days. Daily operations require a dedicated Site Coordinator on campus and a strict student-to-staff ratio of no more than 20:1. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects the performance of the work to occur offsite. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 18, 2026. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost.
