The Portage Lakes Joint Vocational School District, located in North Canton, Ohio, is seeking a qualified investment advisor to provide comprehensive advisory services for all of its existing and future investment funds. The agency needs assistance with asset allocation, investment policies, strategies, guidelines, and due diligence for public market managers. The selected advisor will also provide services for alternative investments, market research, education on a broad array of topics, and performance monitoring and reporting directly to the board. The scope of work covers higher education funds and requires the advisor to provide market commentary and views for the annual investment plan. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
