Shuttle Transportation Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to operate and manage two categories of scheduled shuttle transportation services in Baltimore, Maryland. The first category covers off-campus shuttle service to transport residential students and partners between the main campus and designated agency housing and partner locations. The second category covers the Eagle campus shuttle, which utilizes agency-owned vehicles to serve internal campus mobility routes. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of the contracted work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders to cover a contract period of three years. The agency will hold a virtual pre-bid meeting on June 9, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 11, 2026.
