The government authority located in Iowa is seeking a third-party provider to deliver high-quality constructive learning activities and related services at the lowest cost to the district. The agency needs to solve the challenge of providing comprehensive, out-of-school time academic support activities that align with district and state standards to enable students to improve academically. The selected provider will recruit students in collaboration with the school and manage the hiring, oversight, and administration of program staff. The scope of work covers technical assistance, professional development, evaluation services per the grant, and financial management support. The provider must engage students in high-interest educational enrichment activities with community partners to promote positive youth development, encourage student engagement, and offer extended learning opportunities. Additionally, the project requires a high-quality family literacy program to promote positive parent-child interactions, improve family engagement, and support student academic success. The agency also requires entrepreneurial education programs, employment preparation or training, and initiatives to increase student engagement, school attendance, and positive behavior outcomes. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations. The performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget. The contract period will run for one year.
