Mine Safety and Health Training Services

The New Hampshire Department of Safety is seeking a vendor to provide mine safety and health training services. The agency aims to promote the training and retraining of miners working at surface and underground coal, metal, and nonmetal mines, including those in shell dredging or surface stone, sand, and gravel mining operations. This initiative addresses the need for Part 46 Annual Refresher Training and Supervisory training to ensure compliance and safety across the state's mining sector. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to identify and contact potential construction companies in need of training to generate interest in the programs. The vendor must market the training programs to all potential recipients and manage the scheduling of all training sessions. The agency prefers smaller class sizes to maximize student learning, interaction, and evaluation. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their own budget proposals as the agency has not disclosed a pre-determined budget.
