Regional Instructional Implementation Coordinator Services

The Ohio government authority is seeking regional instructional implementation coordinator services to support curriculum-based professional learning and data-based decision making for core instruction. The selected coordinator must conduct instructional learning walks using common tools to guide the implementation of high-quality literacy instruction aligned to the science of reading. Additionally, the coordinator will lead these learning walks alongside regional literacy coaching coordinators and connect with school personnel to ensure timely and transparent communication. The scope of work requires the coordinator to facilitate and ensure data collection, maintain a log of all site visits and regional activities, review data, and monitor interactions with schools and districts. The contracted vendor must manage all payroll and benefits for the coordinator. The performance of this work will take place offsite over a contract period of one year. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for budget proposals to determine the cost.
