Fire Suppression System

The Douglas County government authority in Douglasville, Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide a fire suppression system for Construction Phase 1. The agency requires the selected vendor to maintain on-site staff for construction management and establish coordinating procedures. Additionally, the vendor must conduct and record job meetings, prepare and submit change order documentation for county approval, and maintain a system for reviewing and approving shop drawings. The scope of work also requires the vendor to maintain quality control, ensure conformity with the project plan, and submit bi-weekly and formal monthly reports to the county. Although the agency requires on-site staff for construction management, the vendor must perform the primary work offsite at the vendor's own office location. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. The county will host a pre-bid meeting on June 10, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 18, 2026.
