Dimming and Controls and Install Led Lights Upgrade Services

The Town of North Andover, Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to upgrade its stage dimming and control infrastructure. The agency needs to replace its existing stage dimming system with a new ETC DRd12 enclosure populated with dimmer modules, relay modules, and PhaseAdept modules. This project aims to modernize the venue's lighting capabilities by establishing a networked architectural control system alongside a dedicated equipment rack. The scope of work requires the installation of a Paradigm architectural control system featuring wall-mounted button stations, a portable touchscreen, and a wall-mounted Ethernet touchscreen for scene and preset recall. The selected vendor must install Pathport DMX-over-network nodes and a Cisco managed network switch in a new dedicated equipment rack, as well as plug-in stations across the stage for DMX and network access. Additionally, the project includes providing an ETC Ion XE20 lighting console, commissioning the new system, and training staff on its operation. Town electricians will complete the associated electrical work, and the vendor will perform their portion of the work offsite. Eligibility for this opportunity is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept digital submissions via email or online. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 9, 2026, to allow interested parties to inspect the location.
