Electrical, Electronic Maintenance and Repair Service

The Rhode Island Convention Center Authority in Providence, Rhode Island is seeking a contractor to provide electrical and electronic maintenance and repair services. The agency requires these services to ensure the proper functioning of its electrical systems according to standard industry practices and usage for the best value. The scope of work covers the installation and modification of miscellaneous electrical maintenance, repair, and installation projects, as well as twenty-four-hour emergency service call response. Contractors must respond to service calls requested by a user agency and remain available twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, and three hundred sixty-five days per year. The requested services include the performance of repairs, fabrication, operations, and maintenance of electrical systems and associated equipment. These systems consist of low voltage services of a minimum of 600V and high voltage services in excess of 600V. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will permit the performance of the work to take place either onsite or offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has set the deadline for all question submissions for June 3, 2026.
