Vehicle Towing and Storage Services

The City of St. Petersburg, Florida, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide vehicle towing and storage services on an as-needed basis. The agency requires these services for vehicles that are damaged in accidents, reported stolen, impounded for illegal street storage, or otherwise requiring towing or storage at the direction of authorized city personnel. The selected contractor must resolve the agency's need for reliable, secure, and immediate vehicle transport and custody. The scope of work requires a primary storage facility that can accommodate at least 150 vehicles. The agency also requires indoor evidence storage for up to 50 vehicles, which must include at least three isolated or taped-off investigation areas. This indoor facility must support evidence holds for up to two years or until criminal resolution. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur offsite at the contractor's facilities. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
