Field Sampling and Laboratory Testing Services

The Somerset County Improvement Authority in Bridgewater, New Jersey is seeking a qualified contractor to provide reliable, defensible, timely, and regulatory-compliant analytical laboratory services for industrial discharge samples. The agency requires a partner to perform industrial discharge sample collection and conduct subsequent laboratory analysis on those samples. To address urgent regulatory needs, the contractor must also perform emergency, rush, or expedited testing upon request. The scope of work covers technical consultation regarding analytical methods, detection limits, sample preservation, method interferences, data qualifiers, and regulatory reporting. Additionally, the agency requires support for data validation, enforcement, litigation, or regulatory review. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the designated locations.
