Special Inspections and Construction Testing Services

The Warren County government authority in Tennessee is seeking a vendor to provide special inspections and construction testing services on an on-call basis. The agency requires these services to ensure structural integrity and compliance during various phases of construction. The selected provider will observe undercut and backfill placement or rammed aggregate pier installation, and observe proof rolling of subgrade once cut or prior to fill placement. The scope of work also requires the vendor to perform nuclear density tests to verify the percent compaction achieved during construction. Additionally, the provider must conduct foundation observations prior to footing concrete to verify bearing capacity, and perform associated laboratory work such as Proctors and Plasticity Index tests. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
