Environmental Testing Services

The Multnomah County Drainage District in Portland, Oregon is seeking environmental testing services to support its managed floodplain operations. The agency needs to address water quality improvement, fish and wildlife habitat restoration, floodplain resilience, and climate change adaptation. Additionally, the agency aims to promote equity and social justice across its operations and provide public information regarding the infrastructure and history of the managed floodplain. The scope of work requires preliminary Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste assessment reviews, soil sampling, and the delivery of a summary report. All performance of the work will occur offsite. The contract period will run for one year. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 10, 2026.
