Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory Services

The United States government authority located in Washington, DC, is seeking a contractor to provide continuous, fully managed molecular diagnostic goods and services. The agency requires these services to support three primary program areas, which include HIV viral load and early infant diagnosis testing for treatment monitoring and epidemic control, tuberculosis diagnosis and drug-resistant tuberculosis testing for national control programs, and pre-positioned testing capacity for global health security pathogens such as Ebola, Marburg, Lassa fever, and other high-consequence infectious disease threats. The agency may also consider additional testing areas including Human Papilloma Virus, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and other sexually transmitted infections. The scope of work requires the performance of all services to be conducted onsite. To be eligible for award, bidders must be onshore entities located within the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through the online portal.
