Student Service Card Service

The college is seeking a vendor to provide a student service card service to deliver immediate, low-barrier support to students experiencing food and transportation insecurity. This program addresses critical basic needs to support student retention, persistence, and overall well-being. Eligible students identified through the financial aid office, basic needs center, and other student support programs will receive these prepaid grocery and gas cards to overcome immediate challenges that impact their ability to attend classes. The scope of work requires the delivery of prepaid cards to assist students facing acute hardship. Specifically, the agency requires one thousand five hundred fifty-dollar Visa grocery cards that must remain valid for no less than twenty-four months. Additionally, the agency requires four hundred twenty-five-dollar Visa grocery cards that must remain valid for no less than twelve months. Only onshore organizations based in the United States of America are eligible to compete for this contract. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 16, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this initiative. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through the designated online platform. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the requested scope of prepaid card delivery.
