Community Health Care Providers Services

The government authority in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide community health care providers for an adult uninsured vaccine program. The selected provider must perform all services professionally using generally accepted procedures while exercising reasonable care and diligence. The agency requires the vendor to receive, inspect, and maintain all purchased vaccines at facilities in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and established cold chain management requirements. The scope of work requires storing vaccines at appropriate temperatures and under conditions specified by the manufacturer prior to distribution. The vendor must establish and communicate vaccine ordering and distribution procedures to all approved providers.
