Construction Manager at Risk Services

The City of Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk to provide comprehensive preconstruction and construction services for an airport project. The selected firm will initially serve in an agency support role to deliver detailed cost estimating, marketplace analysis, project planning, and constructability studies. The agency requires a partner to advise on green building materials, identify efficiencies in project delivery, and conduct long-lead procurement studies to initiate early purchasing. The scope of work demands careful coordination to minimize interruptions to active airport operations and tenant activities. The Construction Manager at Risk must develop a specialized safety plan for working adjacent to the active airfield while protecting the agency's quality, safety, and environmental standards.
