Career Pathway Enabling Services

The Middlesex County Office of Workforce Career Development in New Brunswick, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide Career Pathway Enabling Services. The agency is trying to support eligible individuals under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act adult, dislocated worker, and youth programs in achieving education, training, and employment outcomes. These services must reduce barriers to participation and support successful engagement through structured, skill-based interventions aligned with career pathway development. The scope of work covers delivering contracted services in coordination with the agency and the American Job Center system, in alignment with Individual Employment Plans or Individual Service Strategies. The selected provider must coordinate service delivery with partners to ensure integration within the one-stop delivery system and avoid duplication of services. These enabling services are distinct from supportive services and do not include direct financial assistance such as transportation payments, childcare subsidies, or emergency payments. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
