The Arizona government authority is seeking a vendor to provide physical library materials and value-added services for patron use. The agency needs print and media items for adults, teens, and children to enrich its library collection. The scope of work covers print materials in all formats and editions, including regular print, large print, hardcover, quality paperback, picture books, and graphic novels. The vendor must also provide order record services, including the creation and delivery of agency records, order records, file loads, and other bibliographic data, alongside standing order services for series, reference works, annuals, and continuing publications. Eligible bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine pricing. The contract period will span one year, and bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 11, 2026.
