Mental Health Services Provider

The Franklin County government authority in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a mental health services provider to deliver mental health and ancillary services. The agency needs to solve gaps in resource identification, case management, and general mental health support for its target population. The selected provider must demonstrate internal capacity to coordinate treatment teams, apply knowledge of referrals and resources, and implement crisis strategies and mental health best practices. The scope of work requires providing a minimum of two staff members to support the project with dedicated availability during agency work hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:45 pm. This dedicated availability must be minimally equivalent to two days each per week per staff member and must be maintained throughout the duration of the grant. Staff responsibilities cover housing, benefits navigation, transportation, parenting and family support, supportive services, reentry care coordination, employment, and crisis management. The staff must also provide a contact opportunity within twenty-four hours to serve as a point of contact for unusual circumstances related to a mental health crisis. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires performance of the work to be conducted both offsite and onsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals within the submitted bids.
