Coding Reviews Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide coding reviews service to ensure billing, coding, and documentation accuracy and compliance with federal regulations and guidelines. The project covers quarterly reviews of professional fee claims associated with agency clinic visits from the prior quarter, focusing on claims submitted to Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers. Currently, the agency has approximately 8,000 quarterly visits, with an average of three line items per claim to be examined for accuracy. The selected vendor must provide statistical analysis of findings and trends along with recommendations based on the reviews. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. The contract period will be for one year. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this opportunity.
