Investment Advisory Services

The Stark State College District, located in North Canton, Ohio, is seeking investment advisory services for all of its existing investment funds and any others created during the contract term. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing its higher education funds by securing external expertise in asset allocation, performance monitoring, and market research. The selected advisor will provide education to the board on a broad array of topics, deliver general investment counsel, and assist with investment policies, strategies, and guidelines. The scope of work covers asset allocation, performance analysis and reporting to the board, and due diligence for public market managers. The agency also requires services for alternative investments, market research, and market commentary and views to support the annual investment plan. The contractor will perform all work offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for cost proposals to determine the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 26, 2026, and may submit their final responses digitally via email or online.
