The agency requires a partner to provide full-service depository, disbursement, electronic payment, reporting, safekeeping, and treasury management services. This initiative aims to secure a robust online treasury management platform that streamlines financial operations and reporting. The scope of work requires the selected institution to deliver online statements, outstanding check lists, and paid-item reconciliation files for all accounts through the online platform no later than the second business day following the calendar month-end cut-off. The platform must deliver daily balances and details of each debit and credit transaction, including check numbers, deposit slip serial numbers, wire originator and beneficiary names, and company names with entry descriptions. Additionally, the platform must provide full self-service capability for users to initiate and remove stop payments, research paid items and deposits, void checks, and access inquiry history without requiring a bank service request. The agency also requires real-time capability to confirm the status of all initiated, pending, and completed incoming and outgoing wire transfers, including any wire that has been rejected, returned, or placed on hold. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to establish a contract period of five years.
