Student Service Card Service

The college is seeking a vendor to provide a student service card service to deliver immediate, low-barrier support to students experiencing food and transportation insecurity. This program addresses critical basic needs challenges that directly impact the ability of students to attend classes and persist in their educational goals. The college will distribute these prepaid grocery and gas cards to eligible students identified through the financial aid office, the basic needs center, and other student support programs based on demonstrated need. The scope of work requires the delivery of one thousand five hundred fifty-dollar Visa grocery cards that must remain valid for no less than twenty-four months. Additionally, the vendor must provide four hundred twenty-five-dollar Visa grocery cards that must remain valid for no less than twelve months. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States of America are eligible to participate in this procurement. The college is looking for budget proposals and will accept digital submissions via email or online. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 16, 2026.
