The Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a qualified investment manager to provide comprehensive investment management services for its approximately three-billion-dollar portfolio. This portfolio comprises operating funds and capital project funds that require professional oversight and strategic placement. The selected provider will solve the agency's need for discretionary portfolio management that aligns with Nevada Revised Statutes, the District’s Investment Program, and the direction of the Cash and Investment Manager and the Investment Committee. The scope of work requires the investment manager to invest portfolio funds on a discretionary basis within all established legal and institutional parameters. The manager must send trade and transaction confirmations to the Cash and Investment Manager, Treasury Analysts, and the custodial bank, while providing brief explanations and justifications for all buys and sells. Additionally, the manager must monitor the portfolio’s credit exposure risk, report material events, and deliver comprehensive monthly reports covering portfolio holdings, investment accounting, portfolio analysis, compliance, performance, realized gains and losses, and detailed security-level data. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 18, 2026.
