High Impact Tutoring Grant Service

The Township of Neptune School District in Neptune, New Jersey, is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a high-impact tutoring grant service. The district needs to address learning gaps by providing targeted tutoring to students in grades three through eight across its schools. The selected provider must implement a program that aligns with the established principles of high-impact tutoring to ensure measurable student progress. The scope of work requires the delivery of a minimum of three tutoring sessions per week for each participating student. The district mandates a recommended maximum ratio of four students to one tutor to maintain instructional quality. While the program prioritizes grades three through eight, the district requires the flexibility to accommodate additional grade-level needs as expressed by local education agencies. The provider must demonstrate the immediate capacity to serve up to eighty students per six-week cycle. All tutoring services will be performed offsite. Eligible organizations must be based onshore within the United States. The district is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit.
