Career Pathway Enabling Services

The Middlesex County Office of Workforce Development in New Brunswick, New Jersey is seeking Career Pathway Enabling Services to support eligible individuals under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act adult, dislocated worker, and youth programs. The agency is trying to reduce barriers to participation and support successful engagement through structured, skill-based interventions aligned with career pathway development. These services must help participants achieve education, training, and employment outcomes in alignment with Individual Employment Plans or Individual Service Strategies. The selected provider will deliver contracted services in coordination with the Office of Workforce Development and the American Job Center system. The scope of work requires the provider to coordinate service delivery with partners to ensure integration within the one-stop delivery system and avoid duplication of services. These enabling services are distinct from supportive services and must not include direct financial assistance such as transportation payments, childcare subsidies, or emergency payments. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
